Refund Policy

Thank you for using MEPMate Hire. We want to ensure a clear understanding of our refund and cancellation policies regarding payments made for verification and hiring services.

Company Platform Plan Fees

Company registration is free. Paid platform plans unlock hiring tools such as job posting, matched candidate access, and interview workflows. Platform plan fees are non-refundable once access has been activated.

If your verification is rejected outright due to issues on our end and no active verification was commenced, we may offer a refund on a case-by-case basis.
If your verification is rejected due to submitting fraudulent details or repeatedly failing to provide official documentation, no refund will be issued.

Interview Fees & Premium Services

Payments made for direct interview connections or premium posting services are final. We do not provide refunds once an interview link has been established or a job has been successfully posted. However, if technical issues on the platform prevent the delivery of these services, please contact our support team immediately.

How to Request Assistance

If you encounter an issue with billing or believe you were charged in error, you must submit a ticket within 7 days of the charge. We will review your case fairly and promptly.
